Zen Recovery

Zen Recovery Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We provide weekly, in-person, secular, addiction recovery support meetings (called zen & the art of whatever works) & events in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

We are woman and LGBTQ+ led & the only recovery support group in the area registered with the SafeSpaceAlliance.

We are harm reduction focused, mindfulness based, & radically inclusive.
