2026 Equality Gala
2026 Equality Gala
June 27, 2026 | 6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Arvest Convention Center, 100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103, USA
This year’s gala invites guests into a world of imaginative futurism and flourishing life. It celebrates the ingenuity of our community and the beauty that emerges when we refuse to be erased—when we bloom even in spaces never meant for us.
From the moment you arrive, you will experience a landscape of contrasts: industrial textures and steampunk details evoke craftsmanship, resilience, and movement, while lush florals weave through the space, bringing warmth, color, and abundance. Together, they create an environment that feels alive—where hard edges give way to bloom, and imagination fills every corner.
Mechanica Botanica is an act of imagination and reclamation. It asks what the future might become when crafted by hands strengthened with pride and resilience, and tended by the communities that sustain us. In this space, identity and imagination move together. Strength and softness shape a future that feels alive with possibility. Our community does not simply survive. We grow, we transform, and we carry one another forward.
This night honors the inventors of joy and resilience within our 2SLGBTQIA+ family, the ones who turn constraint into creation and find belonging through love and collaboration. Mechanica Botanica celebrates that alchemy of resistance and beauty, where community itself becomes a living work of art. It invites guests to step into a future in full bloom, radiant with authenticity and powered by collective imagination.
