In accordance with IRS federal law, I acknowledge I am making a voluntary contribution in the amount of $200 for a raffle ticket. The contribution is not a charitable donation since value (a chance) is received; the voluntary contribution is therefore not tax deductible and the winner will be asked to provide two forms of identification prior to claiming the prize. Need not be present to win. Ticket has no cash value. Airfare is not included.
The winning ticket holder may select one of the vacation trips identified as Magic of Mexico, Mont Tremblant Moments, and Tranquil Bali.
