Parent or guardian approval: Coordinated by Lily Pina, APRN, NP-C, OKEQ’s Nurse Practitioner.
Looking for support, friendship, or someone who understands? You don’t have to navigate life alone. Join Positively Grateful, a welcoming support group where you can connect with others, share experiences, and build community that meets weekly on Fridays at 6PM.
Enjoy potluck meals, exchange wellness tips, find encouragement, raise awareness, and build meaningful connections in a supportive environment. Everyone is welcome!
Join us weekly on Thursdays at 6PM at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center for creativity, conversation, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting something new, there’s a seat for you. Come make something beautiful and maybe a few new friends along the way!
Everyone deserves access to food and a community that cares. Rainbow Harvest brings our community together to help connect individuals and families with food resources in a welcoming, supportive environment every third Saturday of the month.
In partnership with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, OKEQ is proud to help make food access easier and strengthen our community through care and connection.
