Vendor Rules and Regulations
The Tulsa Pride Celebration festival starts Friday night, June 23, 2023, and runs through Saturday, June 25th, 2023.
Tulsa Pride Parade is on Saturday and steps off at 6 pm and ends approximately at 7:30 pm.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their materials at all times. Tulsa Pride is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Exhibitors may not smoke or have open flames within their exhibition space.
- Exhibitors are required to be checked in between 3 pm and 5 pm on June 23rd for Friday and 10 am - 12 pm on Saturday, June 24th.
- Exhibitors may not sell, or distribute free of charge, food or drinks.
- Exhibitors will comply with all instructions from The Tulsa Police Department and the Tulsa Pride Staff.
- Exhibitors may not close their booth early or leave it unattended.
- All registrations are due by June 1st. Registrations received after June 1st will be assessed a $50 late fee.
