Dennis R. Neill Equality Center on Thursday, June 22nd from 5-9 PM
and at the Rainbow Run Check-In Booth on Friday, June 23rd up until the races begin.
What is the Tulsa Pride Rainbow Run?
The Rainbow Run is just one of the events held every Tulsa Pride Weekend. This year it is on Friday, June 23rd, 2023.
What kind of run is it?
Our 1-mile Fun Run starts at 7:00 pm.
The 5k Rainbow Run starts at 7:30 pm.
Do I have to run?
Run, walk, jog... it's all about having a good time!
What cause does this run support?
The Rainbow Run benefits Tulsa Pride and Oklahomans for Equality. OkEq seeks equal rights for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and families through intersectional advocacy, education, programs, alliances, and the operation of the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center.

5k Rainbow Run - $35

Where can I pick up my race packet?
You can pick up your race packet at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center on Thursday, June 22nd from 5-9 PM, and at the Rainbow Run Check-In Booth on Friday, June 23rd up until the races begin.
Is this event pet friendly?
We love pets, but, no. No pets other than service animals are allowed in the Runs, Parade, or on Festival grounds. This is to ensure the safety of everyone, including our furry friends. Leashed dogs are allowed at Picnic in the Park at Guthrie Green on Sunday, June 25th, however.
